  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the beef strips and toss to coat. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips in a single layer, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Plate the beef strips and drizzle with any remaining honey mustard sauce from the skillet. Serve with a generous dollop of the dill cream on the side.
