1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Olive oil

to taste Pepper
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped

In a bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the beef strips and toss to coat. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef strips in a single layer, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
