  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust them with cocoa powder.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the bittersweet chocolate and butter together in short bursts until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar until fully combined. Add eggs and yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in the flour until just mixed.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins without overfilling.
  5. Bake for about 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Let cool for one minute before inverting onto plates and serving immediately.
