Salted Caramel Banana Ritz Icebox Cake is a divine no-bake dessert that combines luscious layers of ripe bananas, rich salted caramel, and crunchy Ritz crackers.

  • 1 ½ cups Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 2 large ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Blend softened cream cheese with half of the salted caramel sauce until smooth.
  2. In an 8×8-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Ritz crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
  3. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: another layer of crackers, the rest of the cream cheese mixture, and more banana slices.
  4. Top with a final layer of crushed Ritz crackers.
  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, drizzle remaining salted caramel sauce on top and garnish with extra banana slices.
