Ingredients
Scale
1 ½ cups Ritz crackers (crushed)
2 large ripe bananas (sliced)
1 cup salted caramel sauce
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
Blend softened cream cheese with half of the salted caramel sauce until smooth.
In an 8×8-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Ritz crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: another layer of crackers, the rest of the cream cheese mixture, and more banana slices.
Top with a final layer of crushed Ritz crackers.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
Before serving, drizzle remaining salted caramel sauce on top and garnish with extra banana slices.
