  • 1 cup cooked thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder flavor)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Coat each ball in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy aioli.

Notes
