  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ear fresh corn
  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in balsamic vinegar and olive oil for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the corn for about 10 minutes until charred.
  3. Grill the marinated flank steak over high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
