Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, and brown sugar until combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, molasses, and melted butter until smooth.
