  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round baking pan.
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  4. Mix in melted butter and green food coloring until well combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.
  7. Dip each pop stick into melted chocolate before inserting it into each ball, then coat the entire pop in chocolate and add sprinkles.
  8. Let set for about an hour.
