Spicy Garlic Chilli Noodles are a deliciously vibrant dish that brings together the perfect combination of heat and garlic in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers to the skillet, stir-frying for approximately three minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
  4. Stir in chili sauce and soy sauce, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
