- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
