Easy Strawberry Cream Puffs are a delightful dessert that perfectly blends fluffy choux pastry with a rich strawberry cream filling.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water and butter until melted. Stir in flour until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition.
  4. Pipe tablespoon-sized mounds onto prepared baking sheets, spaced about two inches apart.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Let cool.
  6. Slice cooled puffs in half; fill with whipped cream mixed with sliced strawberries.
