2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic.
In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add chicken breasts to the pot; cook for about 5 minutes until slightly browned.
Stir in cumin, green chiles, white beans, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer for about 20 minutes.
Remove chicken from the pot; shred with two forks and return to the pot.
Let simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes before serving hot with garnishes.
Notes
Top with fresh cilantro or a dollop of sour cream for added flavor.
