- 30 ounces Frozen Broccoli
- 3 cups Shredded Chicken
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Add the broccoli, chicken and green onions to a Crockpot.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir the onions into the saucepan, and saute until beginning to soften.
- Mix in the garlic, and saute 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy whipping cream, almond milk and salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the Crockpot, and top with the cheese.
- Cover, and cook on high for 2 hours.
