Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the butter, warm water, and eggs. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl stir together the topping ingredients. Drop dollops on top of the batter.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the entire brownie has puffed up and is no longer jiggly in the center.

Notes

  • Check the brownies with a toothpick to ensure they are cooked through.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
