- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans (15 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon taco sauce (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Remove from heat.
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil. Place two tortillas on the sheet.
- Spread half of the refried beans evenly over each tortilla.
- Top the beans with half of the seasoned beef mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef.
- Place another tortilla on top of each layered tortilla. Repeat the process by adding the remaining beans, beef, and cheese.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, and green onions.
