  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and butter, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the penne pasta, beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine.
