1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups chocolate melts (dark or white)
Optional: sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration
Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing them in a sealed bag.
In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the chocolate melts according to package instructions until smooth.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coat thoroughly, and return to the parchment paper.
Add decorations if desired and refrigerate again until set.
