Ingredients
Scale
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping, divided
1 cup chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup additional whipped topping (for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust.
Prepare the Chocolate Pudding: In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Pour this layer over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
Add the Raspberries: Gently sprinkle fresh raspberries over the chocolate pudding layer.
Finish with Whipped Topping: Spread the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping over the raspberries, smoothing it out for an even layer.
Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
Add Chocolate Chips: Before serving, sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of the whipped topping for an extra touch of decadence.
Slice and Serve: Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight.
Use fresh raspberries for a burst of flavor.
Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of powdered sugar.
