In a bowl, whisk together honey, buffalo sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and paprika until fully combined.
Place seasoned chicken on one side of the baking sheet and toss broccoli in olive oil before arranging it next to the chicken.
Drizzle half of the honey buffalo sauce over both the chicken and broccoli. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Drizzle more sauce over everything before serving.
