Sheet Pan Honey Buffalo Chicken with Broccoli is a delightful weeknight meal featuring tender chicken and fresh broccoli in a sweet and spicy sauce.

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, buffalo sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and paprika until fully combined.
  4. Place seasoned chicken on one side of the baking sheet and toss broccoli in olive oil before arranging it next to the chicken.
  5. Drizzle half of the honey buffalo sauce over both the chicken and broccoli. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Drizzle more sauce over everything before serving.
