Ingredients
Scale
1 pound Salmon fillet (skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes)
1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (plus extra for garnish)
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
for garnish Green onions (chopped)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Honey
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes and toss gently to coat. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. If using the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the marinated salmon bites on the baking sheet or in the skillet. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
Oven: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Skillet: Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and honey until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with additional sweet chili sauce if desired, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with the sesame lime dip on the side.
