Ingredients
Scale
1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Dried dill
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized, turning halfway through the cooking time.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with Buttermilk Ranch on the side.
In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
