Instructions

  1. Gather and slice all your ingredients.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
