Easy Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups with Creamy Gravy: An Amazing Ultimate Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup stuffing mix (prepared according to package instructions)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare stuffing according to the package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded turkey, prepared stuffing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the turkey and stuffing mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the sides in and roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  6. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  8. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour the creamy gravy over the top of the roll-ups.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the tops to brown slightly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
