Ingredients
Scale
2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
1 cup stuffing mix (prepared according to package instructions)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare stuffing according to the package instructions.
In a bowl, combine the shredded turkey, prepared stuffing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the turkey and stuffing mixture in the center.
Fold the sides in and roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour the creamy gravy over the top of the roll-ups.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the tops to brown slightly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
